This is Valerie VanBooven with the Senior Care Industry Netcast, where leaders with three or more years in the senior care industry share their advice. So let’s get to it. In a few sentences, tell us who you are and what you do.

Lani Cabral-Pasao:

Hello. My name is Lani Cabral-Pasao, and I’m a senior care nurse specialist and a mental care practitioner. I’m also a senior care business co-host. Being said, I’m an owner and CEO of the following different kinds of senior care businesses. I have Abba Gentle Healthcare. That’s my home health agency. Angels Over Us is a non-medical agency. Tuscany Living Villas, those are the care homes. We have two at the moment. Alasan Comfort Care, which is our hospice company. Kinetic Therapy Services, that’s our mobile staffing therapy like occupational therapists, speech therapists, and physical therapists. We also have CB International which are senior care products, which we have the dementia care dolls and the dementia care therapy bear, and also some eBooks for seniors. Now we also have classes for caregivers, dementia care for our CNA school. That’s what I do.
