This week, the PGA TOUR is back to South Carolina for the Palmetto Championship at Congaree GC, a new one-off event to replace this year's RBC Canadian Open. So this is a new course, one that was only built in 2018, and one that the vast majority of the field will never have played before. To help with our handicapping, Elk&Diane caught up with Bruce Davidson, Director of Golf at Congaree GC and part of the team who took on this golf project in SC. And what a course it is.
