Campaign says that Biden doesn't support defunding police. Democrats unveil policing and systematic racism legislation.   

The 14th day of protests are underway after the killing of George Floyd. The Texas govern says Floyd's death will change the arc of the future in the United States. Former Vice President Joe Biden meets with members of George Floyd's family before Floyd's Houston funeral. Bail has been set at the maximum of $1.2 million for the ex-officer who knelt and George Floyd.
