Tony and Russ are back after taking a month off, and they're taking a trip to a winery. But before we get to spend some time in the tasting room, we have to spend some time in the vineyard with the employees. It's harvest time, and there is a big job at hand. It's so big that it takes four waves of laborers throughout the day to get it done. The jovial and generous vineyard owner lines up the whole crew for the payout at the day's end, starting with the last hired. Let's just say those first hired have a hard time enjoying happy hour.
