Week 18 - Chargers go full Chargers and miss the Playoffs, Colts mess up, 49ers running make the Playoffs, Black Monday for Nagy, Zimmer, Fangio, Flores and Judge - a podcast by The Snap UK (An American Football Podcast)

We now know who is going to make the Playoffs, and the Chargers miss out at the last as Steelers and Raiders make up the contingent for the AFC, whilst the 49ers win at the Rams and are in the Playoffs for the NFC.

The Jaguars play ruiners, and beat the Colts in Jacksonville again, and cost Indianapolis a chance to make the Playoffs.

All the week 18 games are covered, as Green Bay lead the NFC despite a loss against the Lions, and Titans beat the Texans to get the bye in the AFC. 

Broncos, Bears & Vikings are now looking for new Head Coaches (with the latter two also on the search for GMs) whilst for some reason the Dolphins have fired Brian Flores. We started the record with New York Giants looking for a new GM, then finish with Joe Judge also fired, and the Giants also looking for a new Head Coach.
