Robert, aka The Green Machine is a morning show host of 102.6 The Situation an black owned online radio station based out of Atlanta, GA.    Back in January 2022 I was featured on his radio show talking about me working in social work, talking about my business Bas City Entertainment LLC including my upcoming poetry book Triumph Through Pain: How to Maximize your full potential during down times. 
 During our interview back in January I discussed the loss of my mom.  Robert during our conversation discussed the loss of his mom.  We men especially in the black and brown community need to have these conversations, talking about our feelings of grief, loss and trauma.
