Filmmaker and Podcaster Allison Melody stops by to share her entrepreneurial journey of starting her brand, Food Heals. After losing both her parents to cancer in her 20’s Allison saw Western Medicine fail them decided there had to be a better way to heal and went on a mission to find it.

She started a film production company and all of her clients had incredible healing stories to share – from healing acne to cancer. Allison decided to create a. platform to interview people who had healed themselves holistically and share their stories to inspire others to stop outsourcing their health to doctors and start taking their health into their own hands… and in 2014, The Food Heals Podcast was born.

Always an entrepreneur at heart inspired by watching her father go from bankrupt to a millionaire in under ten years, Allison is now a motivational speaker, film producer, podcaster and karaoke queen whose mission is to inspire people that a healing miracle is always possible.
