She discusses the lessons she was able to bring into her reality thanks to her Norway trip, and how important it is to clear out what is holding you back so you can fall back into your power. Many other lessons were absorbed during that Patreon encounter, one being the importance of supporting the women around you or having an ideal support group. Lucia gets into these lessons and reflects upon her own life and how much she was able to recently release, urging all of you to let go of what no longer suits you.
