She also talks about it from the perspective of the healer, reader, intuitive and guide and the responsibility and energy we must connect with when putting forward an intention to assist someone. Ultimately this is about you finding a balance in listening to yourself and allowing others to assist us, but from an empowered energy and each of us doing our own work outside of this.
