Can you ask Hutchy why he does a "double look" on air when someone makes a point he doesn't agree with.

It's a clever technique he uses. When a fellow panellist is speaking, and he doesn't agree with what they are saying, he will briefly look back at the camera (with a look on his face that says "are you for real") before looking back at the panellist.

My guess is that he's trying to plant a seed of doubt in the mind of the panellist.
