Day-to-Day: What's next for the Atlanta Hawks? - a podcast by Day-to-Day NBA Podcast

It's been exactly two years since five Atlanta Hawks players were named Eastern Conference Player of the Month, amid a 19-game winning streak and a 60-win season, the best in Atlanta's NBA history. Now four of those Hawks are gone, with a fifth rumored to be on the trading block. We look at what the Hawks do from here, whether it is retooling or a full rebuild.

Brad Rowland of Peachtree Hoops and Locked on Hawks joins the show to discuss Kyle Korver being traded to Cleveland, how the Hawks have been up-and-down so far this season, how Dwight Howard has fit in with Atlanta both on and off the court, whether Dennis Schroder's strong month in a new role is sustainable, why Kent Bazemore has struggled so far this season, if Tim Hardaway Jr. has made enough progress to warrant keeping, possible partners in a Paul Millsap trade such as the Nuggets and Raptors, and whether any other Hawks trades are likely this season.

We also discuss how Mike Budenholzer has handled the dual role of coach and top personnel decision maker, and whether the 2014-15 Hawks will be long remembered for a special season or quickly forgotten because of playoff disappointments.
