His personal notebook, published as Meditations in book form, is filled with inspirational quotes about self-actualization. 

In today’s podcast, I share details of a recent photo outing that reminded me of Marcus Aurelius’ teaching and your mind and demeanor have a lot to do with what you make of the world. As Marcus would say, “It’s all in how you perceive it.”
