March Miller | Race Car Driver

Marc Miller began racing karts at the age of 11. He has competed successfully in kart racing, formula cars, stock cars and now sportscars, giving him a reputation of being fast and versatile in any race series.

With hundreds of wins and titles in karting, Miller has competed in all the major sportscar series in North America, from Trans Am to GT3 series such as World Challenge and IMSA. His consistency was noticed by Riley Motorsports who drafted him into their squad for the prestigious 24 Hours of Le Mans driving the Dodge Viper GTS-R in 2015. His preparation for the most famous race in the World included driving the team’s #93 Viper GTS-R at Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca, CA in May 2015 where he qualified second and led during the opening stint of the race. For 2016, Marc was secured as the 3rd driver for the #33 Gas Monkey Energy / Viper Exchange / Riley Motorsports team for all of the endurance events, including the Rolex 24-Hours of Daytona, 12 Hours of Sebring, Petit Le Mans and tentatively, the 24 Hours of Le Mans. Due to the Viper team being far down on the reserve list, it had looked like Miller would not return to Le Mans in 2016, but he was picked up by WeatherTech Racing / Proton Competition to compete in the #89 WeatherTech Porsche 911 RSR to complete an All-American line-up alongside Cooper MacNeil and Leh Keen.

2018 saw Miller move around all over the globe. Starting the year with a win in his first official Trans Am Series event with Stevens-Miller Racing in a Dodge Challenger at Sebring, Miller returned to Sebring to compete with newly re-organized, Gradient Racing (formerly CJ Wilson Racing) in their newly acquired Acura NSX GT3. Miller would also compete in the 6 Hours of Watkins Glen, then immediately head to Spa-Francorchamps in Belgium to race with Black Swan Racing in their Porsche GT3R at the Spa 24. He would also join the squad for the Suzuka 10 Hour as well and return yet again in 2019 with Black Swan Racing team at Watkins Glen and the Michelin Encore at Sebring, where the team podiumed.

The main focus of 2019 was a focused assault for the Trans Am title with Stevens-Miller Racing. Miller scored 3 poles, 4 wins and 8 podiums enroute to the TA2 title for the team and the first outright title for Dodge in the 53-year history of the series. His focus on data acquisition, engineering, car development and ingenuity was rewarded with the inaugural SUNOCO MARKE DONOHUE TECHNICAL EXCELLENCE AWARD to compliment his Trans am title at the yea- end awards gala. Miller also competed alongside his long-time teammate, Till Bechtolsheimer, in the SRO Blancpain America GT Series (now GT World Challenge America) in the Gradient Racing Acura NSX GT3 EVO, scoring 3 podiums and a win (Mosport Park) on their way to 4th in the championship.

Highlights of Miller’s career include driving on world-renowned racetracks like Le Mans, Circuit of the Americas, and Canadian Tire Motorsports Park. In addition to competing professionally, Miller works as a professional driving coach with drivers across the state of Michigan, midwest and the entire United States & Canada.

When he is not at race events, at a speaking engagement, teaching seminars or helping to train drivers throughout the country, Miller enjoys spending time with his family including his better half, Tabitha and her daughter, Vera, and his two sons, Evan & Seth. Marc makes a point to have an active lifestyle in West Michigan biking, kayaking, hiking and boating or working on vintage motorcycles.
