Sabrina's self love spell (@sabrina.fattal.photo):   Find something to drink, this can be done with coffee, tea, water, anything.   Stir it three times, clockwise.   Then stir again and say: I am worthy of love.   Stir again and say: I am strong and loved.   Stir a last time and say: I deserve to be happy.   Take a big sip and close your eyes and take three deep breaths. Three seconds in, three seconds holding and three seconds out.   Blessed be my loves
