Do you know how to be intimate?  A lot of us don't know how.

Intimacy is a deep understanding of something.  A closeness.  A lot of people are married or dating, yet not all of them are intimate with their mate.  Well, maybe physically intimate, but there's so much more to it than that.

To be intimate with a mate is to share a synergy with them that outsiders could never understand.  It's probably one of the most important components of a successful relationship, yet so few of us these days know how to do it.

So many couples (especially black couples) think that "putting it down" in the bedroom is the only requirement to keep a mate's heart.  That's until the next person puts it down just as good, if not better than them.  There's more to "locking down" your mate than that.

On tonight's show, we'll dive deeper into what makes a relationship stick.  We'll talk about why some seemingly happy relationships get broken up by a 3rd party because of a lack of intimacy.  We'll also ask the question, "how do you teach intimacy?"
