Trump, monkey shirts, and MLK discussions on tonight's show!


Donald Trump wants to do away with "dark-skinned countries" in favor of countries like Norway. There is outrage that he may be racist. Uh, okay. How many incidents will it take to actually conclude that he's either the most insensitive public figure ever or maybe he actually is racist?


A black kid in a monkey t-shirt gets national attention last week. Is his mom at fault for allowing this to happen or should blacks get over the whole "blacks are monkeys" racism thing? And will we ever live in a society when certain words, images, and phrases don't trigger something really negative?


Lastly, as MLK Day has come and gone, and one has to speculate what Dr. King would say today if he were still alive. Would we be better as a nation had his voice never been silenced? Would black people be so out of touch to the societal issues that they themselves have the ability to correct?
