Corporate America has quite a few unwritten codes.  The people who tend to be successful recognize and understand these codes while others get left behind.  Are the codes fair?  Not always.  Are they biased against minorities?  More times than not.  But, they're the standard nonetheless.

One of the biggest obstacles that a majority of entry level employees have is their appearance.  Some people think that doing the bare minimum (or less), when it comes to the dress code, is all that's required.  They think that their work or longevity with the company will speak for itself.

Tonight, the Show Legends and I will break down how to dress for success.  Not just in the workplace, but in other situations, too.  No one is saying that you have to lose your identity in order to succeed in the world.  We will also discuss "class" and "manners".
