Ada Yip is the CEO of Urban Spring which is committed to offering innovative and sustainable solutions for reducing the amount of single-use plastic waste in Hong Kong. Her first product is to offer safe drinking water through well-designed and well-maintained water dispensers across the city of Hong Kong so that citizens can refill water conveniently. Ada believes that disposable plastic bottles can be drastically reduced if there is a safe, viable, convenient and cool alternative.

Ada shares what it was like to transition from working in a corporate job to starting her own business. She didn't have the knowledge on what to do when she changed industries but it was the magic of not knowing is what makes her successful today.
