Pooja Bhayana is the co-founder of Let’s Barter India. The most significant milestone in Pooja’s life has been starting her own company, Let’s Barter India and making it the world’s largest community on Facebook, with over 105,000 engaged members. Her future plans for the company is to build a platform that empowers anyone who might not have the cash for their needs. Her vision for Let’s Barter is to make it a sort of parallel economy that makes your used goods, professional services and soft skills a currency of use. At Let’s Barter India, Pooja oversees the marketing, operations and growth strategizing.

Pooja used to be under confident and didn't believe in herself.  When she decided to become her own hero, that is when her confidence grew because she focused on herself instead of worrying about what others thought of her.
