Elaine Ho is a mindfulness speaker, trainer, coach, shares workshops and experiences that are accessible, multi-sensory and informative.  Her focus is on the integration of mindfulness, neuroscience, somatic embodiment and simply being human. She creates and delivers trainings, keynotes and workshops on mindfulness at the workplace and at public events. She has delivered workshops and trainings to corporate leaders, at companies like Microsoft, LinkedIn, Apple and more, on how mindfulness can create paradigm shifts at work, impacting stress levels, resilience, creativity, emotional intelligence and happiness. She works with individuals on on how to curate a better life, with intention, purpose, meaning and presence. She is the main Pause guide at Pause, and conducts their regular Signature Pause Sessions. Elaine also spends her time coaching individuals and non-profits. Her latest passion project involves coaching mothers in the Yellow Ribbon Project (wives/mothers of ex-convicts) on mindfulness, self-worth and the power of choices. She is part of the trio that organizes/hosts the Mindfulness Professionals Networking Sessions (MPNS) at SMU.  Elaine a certified NLP practitioner, educator, meditation guide and coach. Her interest is on researching how meditation, coaching and movement practices can transform society, one individual at a time.
