Liquid Web's managed WordPress solution continues to evolve its service offerings to meet the ever-changing needs of its web-reliant, professional customers. However, the impact web hosting can have on SMBs is seldom discussed.

How to decide what type of web hosting company your business needs is a decision that many will rush in and discover that their support when things go wrong consists of chat bot and a support number with a confusing phone menu.

Now that so many of us have businesses that are entirely dependent on the web, I was refreshed to see that a company called Liquid Web believe that there is no such thing as a “one size fits all” web hosting package.

They also believe in putting customer service at the top of the agenda which is a little unusual for tech service providers. After hearing how the recent news that Liquid Web has appointed former GoDaddy VP Jeff King to the board of directors I invited them on the show today to find out what makes them different to all the other web hosting companies out there.

Liquid Web CTO Joe Oesterling is a Senior Technology Leader with a proven track record of turning strategy into results within start-up, mid market, and Fortune 500 organizations.
