After reading about the OrangeTheory and their 60-minute, five zone heart-rate-monitored interval training concept that was using technology improve their fitness levels. I had to get them on the show to hear more.


Backed by the science of post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC), the heart-rate-monitored training is designed to keep heart rates in a target zone that spikes metabolism and increases energy. The result is the Orange Effect – more energy, visible toning and extra fat and calorie burn for up to 36 hours after your workout!


The fitness franchise is also on track to open 600 studios by 2017 and is unveiling opportunities for users to run their own too.
