This week’s episode sees the return of one of our favorite guests, Darlene Hildebrandt, who was on the show almost exactly one year ago, in episode 33.

Darlene is the creator of Digital Photo Mentor. She has been a professional photographer for over 26 years, and photography educator since 2011. Darlene provides valuable articles on her site, has a free ebook, and offers online photography courses, as well as photography travel tours. Her next tours are to Morocco in May 2018 and India in November 2018.

We spoke with Darlene about her passion for Latin America, its countries, and its people, including her recent misadventure in Medellin, Colombia. We also talked about her upcoming photowalk in New York with James Maher and how to approach photowalks or first visits to a location without making too many newbie mistakes.

As an exclusive for the readers and listeners of TTIM, Darlene has offered a 30% discount on all her online photography courses. Just use code 30offTTIM at checkout!
