    • Devotion:
      • Matthew 2:16-18 Then Herod, when he saw that he was deceived by the wise men, was exceedingly angry; and he sent forth and put to death all the male children who were in Bethlehem and in all its districts, from two years old and under, according to the time which he had determined from the wise men. 17 Then was fulfilled what was spoken by Jeremiah the prophet, saying: 18 "A voice was heard in Ramah, Lamentation, weeping, and great mourning, Rachel weeping for her children, Refusing to be comforted, Because they are no more."

Following Christmas, we will need a total of 6 hours (2-3 volunteers) on Jan 1, 2, or 8 to help with tear-down of the lights and at least 1 person to remove the decorations from the ILS tree. Volunteers need to be at least 16 years old, so high school students that are 16+ are welcome to help.

      • READ THE BIBLE IN 2022 Looking for a worthwhile and meaningful New Year's Resolution for 2022? This year Pastor Naumann has planned a church wide opportunity to read the Bible together. Pamphlets will be available for you to take home and track your readings so that you will read the entire Bible during 2022. Each day amounts to reading 3-4 chapters of Holy Scripture. We are also encouraging you to sign up to show your commitment to reading God's Word this year. The signup sheet and pamphlets should be available. God promises to bless the reading and hearing of His Word, so we know that He will bless all of us as we pursue this valuable endeavor!
