The Texas Swimming and Diving Hall of Fame inductee is renowned throughout the state for his successes in swimming. But for water polo fans, he was the driving force behind the huge success of the sport in that area beginning in the early 80s. He and Joe talk about the rise and fall of water polo, and expectations for its revival as it becomes a UIL sport.
