Part 1 of our Mental Health Series sees the return of Chris (Log Fin Co) and Spoons (Ep 7) who kindly and bravely open up about their mental health, from problems they've had in the past and how and what they did to help themselves to their ongoing struggles to this day.
We wanted this chat to be free and open so you can see how guys talk about mental health from taking the piss out of our own problems to talking through some real tough times.
We are lucky enough to be good friends with both Spoons and Chris so the conversation flows easily and we know (sort of) what we can and can't say. Anyway, we hope you enjoy this episode and get the idea of what we are trying to do.
