Hello and welcome! This is a quick introductory episode that explains who we are, what this podcast is all about, what you can expect from it and why it is called "The Unofficial Agile Podcast".

Both myself and Ali Asl have the equivalent of around 30 years experience working in helping organisations deliver and change with agility. We always have interesting conversations about Agile and the industry in general, so we thought we could add a bit more value by bringing these conversations to a wider audience, and having some fun in the process.

We pick specific, Agile related topics to discuss and bring them to you in the form of a casual conversation. Our aim is for these episodes to be informative, entertaining, funny at times, educational, authentic and honest.
