In this episode of The Women's Pelvic Health Podcast, I am joined by a goddess of a Woman, Kristina, who shares her journey with pelvic pain. Kristina had debilitating bladder symptoms (burning, urgency and frequency)and Vaginismus (painful intercourse) for over a year, causing her to have extreme depression and anxiety. After traveling the country trying different treatments, seeing the top urologists, and praying to find a cure, she finally landed herself at a pelvic floor PT's office in New York, who quite literally, saved her life.

Kristina so openly and vulnerably discusses what this journey was like, how her husband supported her along the way, and the deep power that manifestation and positivity has over our consciousness and our ability to heal.
