Linda shares some gems of advice from her expertise in Network Spinal Analysis (NSA), a form of chiropractor treatment, very different to the conventional norm. She discusses how the spine is the human hard drive, and how when we don’t listen to pain, or express or experience our emotions, this can all have a direct impact on the shape and condition of our spine and posture. This impacts every other organ and health of our body. Being inactive and sat in chairs all day long also has serious negative effects on the condition of our spine. We must look after our spine!
