Our imagination is illuminated by beautiful poetry that often understanding can't grasp. 

The Psalms, being poems, are a beautiful exploration of what it looks like to experience God in a new way that doesn't involve understanding everything that is going on in our lives. 

Jesus speaks often of the kingdom of God belonging to children, and who other than children can we relearn and regain our beautiful imagination and wonder from.
