In this episode, I wrap up our 2022 Self-Leadership series on Soft Skills.

SOFT SKILLS are defined as “interpersonal attributes that enable someone to interact effectively and harmoniously with other people while performing those technical or hard skills you have learned.”

SOFT SKILLS are essential to the growth and development of all LEADERS. Current and Future Leaders that work to continually improve those soft skills are on the fast track to becoming GREAT LEADERS.

I say they will become GREAT LEADERS because they do not rest on their laurels. These future GREAT LEADERS keep moving forward, they keep improving and most of all, they keep growing.

In this episode, I recap the past episodes in this SOFT SKILL series and share my insights as to what prompted me to start this series.
