Tracy Griffiths has been a pioneer in the field of Integrative Medicine for over thirty years. She began as a massage therapist and is now steward and owner of the very school where she trained, IPSB at Life Energy Institute. She leads the Aromatherapy portion of the Urban Zen Integrative Therapy program, started by fashion icon Donna Karan, which brings essential oils, Reiki, Breath Awareness and Body Awareness Meditations to hospitals and sub-acute care centers. Her three decades of commitment to the field is paying off, as we are seeing mainstream medicine embracing more of the spectrum of treatment, and integrative medicine continues to expand throughout the country.
