Biography: Ian Tam is a chartered financial analyst (CFA), relationship manager at Morningstar Research, Inc. and a financial columnist for The Globe & Mail. He specializes in Morningstar’s Computerized Portfolio Management Services (CPMS), which Richard has been using with his own clients for over 15 years. CPMS provides a consistent, historical database that investors can use to make evidence-based decisions without having to rely on intuition.
