All of Psalm 119 is the writer rejoicing in the the security and power of God’s laws and precepts. In all of the turbulence of his life, he clings to the anchor of the law and rejoices in its guidance. How amazing. Most of us, most of the time, rail against the fences put up around us by the laws of our nation and state. Internally, of course, we have always rebelled against the laws of our God.
