Giulia and I teach in the same studio, but this is the first time we've met! I practised a lot of acro during my 300hr Teacher Training but it's rare to it offered to the public on a regular studio schedule. Giulia seeks to remedy this by shedding some light on this acrobatic endeavour.

Coming from a family of athletes, Giulia has been exposed to sport and movement from a very young age. Giulia has been practising acroyoga and yoga for the last few years and is also a 500RYT.

Acroyoga is for Giulia a really powerful discipline that combines strength, body awareness, mutual trust and most importantly, respect for the others and the self.
