Just because you disagree with someone, does that mean they shouldn't be heard?

In an online world where we communicate with 280 characters or sometimes just with images, it can be easy to take things out of context, become offended and shut down others. 

I started this podcast to encourage open dialogue. In order to celebrate diversity, we have to first acknowledge that everyone is different. We have different opinions, tastes and ways of communicating. 

Sometimes guests will have opinions that I don't agree with. This conflict can create healthy debates that start important conversations. Important topics, shared with many, sometimes cause offence to few.
