How well did your Nashville channel do last year? was it easier or harder to get started there compared to Houston?

Don't you guys sell other stuff than just real estate via Youtube? Do you do e-commerce? What else do you guys sell?

What is better-Average percentage viewed or Average view time?

Is one video enough? Also, what is the best editing software for windows?

Do 2 videos a week make big difference compared to 1? In terms of growing faster

 My business partner and I started a Youtube channel in March about Columbos, Ohio. We are already with EXP, so I'm wondering if there is a way to get feedback on our channel from you. 

 I'm a numbers guy. This is hard to answer, but tracking conversions on Youtube leads to what would you say is good? 10% of open house and zillow leads, for example, is ideal.

 On your walk and talk 18, you talked about seeing keywords from a YouTube search. I couldn't get that to pull up. When I click on it, it doesn't show anything. Can you share your screen and show us how? 

What are the most expensive sales you guys have had from YouTube clients? Lol didn't you have a $15M buyer in Seattle?
