Managing a YouTube channel is both entertaining and challenging. It's difficult, however, because you have so many responsibilities to manage while maintaining consistency in your content creation and publishing.

I've been through it. We've built 13 YouTube channels across the country and we are willing to share with you our experiences throughout the process. My partner, Jackson Wilkey, and I started our path in this business in 2019 and we have never looked back.

We've done a couple of channel consultations and we are trying to get you to the next level. These are helpful tips that we shared that have proven to be incredibly effective for us.

"Why doesn't my channel have as many views as the other videos that have millions of views?" is a typical question I get. To solve this, stop sharing your videos with people who aren't interested in your material and start focusing on your target audience. Because doing things like sharing and encouraging people to like it in the hopes of getting more views is completely ineffective.  As I previously indicated, having 7 views on your videos is absolutely acceptable as long as you have specifically targeted your video's audience.

Listen to us till the end for more questions like this, and we'll make sure to answer everything you're wondering about.

I go live every Wednesday at 1 PM, Central Standard Time to answer any and all questions that you may have from titles to use for your videos, equipment to buy, or topics to pick up.
