This audio episode will be entertaining, and there will be a lot to learn. We've taken the time to address all of your questions on how to manage your real estate YouTube channel, as well as how to market your real estate firm. This audio episode is for you if you want to start your YouTube real estate journey!

I've been through it. We've built 13 YouTube channels across the country and we are willing to share with you our experiences throughout the process. My partner, Jackson Wilkey, and I started our path in this business in 2019 and we have never looked back.

There were a lot of concerns that were brought up during our podcast. Some of the questions were:

Can you talk about how you handle referral fees? I think you do 50% for hot referrals, want to know more.

What's a decent place for video editing?

What do you use for stock video clips or footage that isn't yours? I don't want any copyright violations.

Does posting videos too close together mess up the reach of the first video? Like I post every 2-3 days will that disrupt the first video posted because it's too soon?

Do you use audio editors to get rid of background noise? I find that it sometimes lessens the quality.

What type of mic are you using in this live stream?

I've heard you mention map videos, can you do that with an app that does share screen like Zoom and go to Google Earth or another app.

These are just a few of the questions that were posed during our live Q&A podcast, and you're about to hear all of the answers, so stay tuned!
