There are a lot of things to think about as a real estate agent who wants to start a YouTube channel. To construct a good one, you'll need a lot of training, expertise, and planning. Some may even advise you to spend a lot of money in order to reach a wide audience. But everything is free to us. We will teach and guide you for free throughout your YouTube adventure.

I've been through it. We've built 13 YouTube channels across the country and we are willing to share with you our experiences throughout the process. My partner, Jackson Wilkey, and I started our path in this business in 2019 and we have never looked back.

Do you have any successful case studies with commercial real estate on Youtube?

How long does it usually take for consistent leads to come in at one video a week rate?

How much volume did you close from Houston in 2021? Is it generating organic sellers or is it just repeat business from past buyers?

What channels do you usually see blow up? Smaller or larger cities?

Can you talk about that initial inbound call, getting leads but having trouble converting?

Any word on how to find good agents for it and how do you track all leads?

When you get someone commenting asking questions about an area do you keep that convo in the comments or do you try to direct them to email/text you to continue the convo?

These are just a few of the questions that were posed during our live Q&A podcast, and you're about to hear all of the answers, so stay tuned!
