The main challenge we'll encounter in running a YouTube channel is getting people to engage with our content. Yes, it may be stressful at times, especially because we spent so much time making that video and no one appears to be interested. However, I can promise you that we do not need to be concerned! I'll go through all of your questions regarding running a YouTube channel in this live podcast.

I've been through it. We've built 13 YouTube channels across the country and we are willing to share with you our experiences throughout the process. My partner, Jackson Wilkey, and I started our path in this business in 2019 and we have never looked back.

 Do you find yourself shooting more video content in your studio and just using B-roll for the shots? My first video took a few days to film, and I want to speed that up. 

 OK, I just finished my most recent video. It took me about two days to upload from my iPhone to Google Drive 11. 2 days. Weird. Should I break the video into 5 min?  

Is there a strategy you employ when you are creating videos? I'm having trouble trying to think of exactly what to cover next in my area.

 How does one maximize the odds of being suggested by an algorithm vs. keywords? 

Do you think you will grow way faster if you do 2 videos a week rather than 1 a week?

 On your endscreen, how many seconds from the end is best? 25 seconds or 15 seconds. 

 How do you find agents to work with in markets you are new to? Do you advertise? Does a 40/60 split with me getting 40% seem fair for me shooting all the videos?
