Being a real estate YouTuber has a significant amount of responsibility. You won't be able to deal with it until you have knowledge and counsel on how to deal with it. Some people learn via experience, and we can assure you that we have been in your shoes before. There's always room for additional learning and progress, and we're one of the people that can assist you in achieving those goals.

I've been through it. We've built 13 YouTube channels across the country and we are willing to share with you our experiences throughout the process. My partner, Jackson Wilkey, and I started our path in this business in 2019 and we have never looked back.

There were a lot of concerns that were brought up during our podcast. Some of the questions were:

When you enter a new market, how do you scout agents to handle the leads when you don't have much coming in on a new channel and it's just getting started? I've found that clickbait videos are on the market (prices are increasing.. is it too late to sell? Is there going to be a crash?) Will this get me more sellers than neighborhood tours? Should you have a channel trailer? If I use Youtube to park a video that I want to share with unlisted customers, will that hurt the channel when it's unlisted?

These are just a few of the questions that were posed during our live Q&A podcast, and you're about to hear all of the answers, so stay tuned!
