Welcome to today's YouTube for Realtors WALK AND TALK #33- I have so many things going through my head every day about YouTube for Realtors that I just want to get it all out! I get asked so many questions every day and coach so many agents it's time to answer all of those in depth, on my walk to the gym!

 

In today’s episode I do a deep dive into Get More Real Estate Leads With This EXACT YouTube Channel Setup. Did you know that a properly set up YouTube channel could be the direct impact of you getting leads or not getting leads today? We are going to dig deeper on your YouTube channel needs to be and how it needs to be set up. And some of those things that you could be missing that has a direct impact. 

First is the 'Set-up properly', this is a 100% organic story of mine. It's all about how I started with YouTube-ing. As I was looking back on my very first videos long time ago, I just had no true understanding of what a YouTube channel was all about and what took me over a year to figure out if not more, was that the YouTube channel was not about me. It has nothing to do with me. But what's been taught in the real estate marketing world for like 475,000 years. Put your name number, landing page, squeeze page. It's name number email. I truly believe that if you're gonna be doing any marketing at all, it needs to come from content marketing and value based content.

Next is Naming of the Channel. You may be wondering like, how did this whole living city state thing come about? Why has it been there forever Again?  I am fully obsessed with YouTube. I'm starting to figure it out. I'm starting to see everything that was taught is wrong. This is about when I start the channel junkies channel And I started documenting all of this stuff. As I was looking at the channel name one day, A real agent now. I'm like, okay, I will change the channel art. I know that this YouTube channel is not about me. And SEO is such an important role in search engines such as Google, YouTube, etc. I am imagine people now that people want this. They want to learn all about such place. Imagine if they type this stuff in and they see an entire YouTube channel name about it. They would have to click on that. There's nothing like that anywhere. It's all your top local realtor or just the name or the team name. I had been sentimental over the years thinking how does changing the name of our Channel became a hit. We are still dominating on YouTube. I didn't really care that there was other channel names. And that's what you need to think. I don't care if there's other ones, I'll just go be the best one.
