Probably have heard this question a hundred times, and I'd be happy to share my challenges and stories about how I dealt with those questions with you. The beautiful thing about the social media platform is you need to separate yourself from it. The first reason is that’s where people are going when making purchase decision or when moving to your market. We want to give them as much information in making their purchase decision. People are constantly looking for information about moving, relocating, and purchasing a home. All of this is to say that the work competition shouldn't exist, and distancing yourself from the competition isn't as simple as beating them or gaining more views. However, be more true to yourself than that person can be to themselves. In the next five years, there's going to have a lot of turn arounds and changes that could happen in the market. So in the YouTube world be apologetic to you, start figuring out your niche , stop looking at them as a competition.  Listen to more of what I've learned and what I've considered about the market's competitors.
