Episode 54 — The Blissful Emptiness Of The Don't-Know Mind - a podcast by Brian Thompson
from 2016-07-14T23:26:49
In this week's episode I discuss using a practice of self-inquiry to empty the mind of its mistaken beliefs to reveal the bliss of the don't-know mind.
When the ego is silenced and the mind no longer tries to assert its opinions onto everything it perceives, your entire presence-of-being experiences a profound shift in perspective.
Within this new-found aware presence of nothingness, peace and happiness blossoms in what was previously filled with false egoic projections, imagined concepts, mistaken perceptions, untrue thoughts, needless drama, and faulty logic.
Within the don't-know mind, all problems disappear entirely, and bliss is uncovered as always being right here, right now.
Thanks for listening, I hope you enjoy the episode.
