Samantha, a clinical psychologist in private practice outside of Annapolis, Maryland and the author of How to Talk to Kids About Your Divorce and the upcoming book 52 Emails to Transform Your Marriage (coming in November 2016), shares how she manages to find time to write in between caring for three young children and running her private practice. She explains that her blog and books offer an opportunity to reduce stigma about seeking help for mental health needs and help people feel less alone.
