High-end bitcoin brokerage River Financial raised $17.3 million in a recent equity sale, according to documents filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Thursday. Cryptocurrency exchange Safello has teamed up with payments platform Klarna to bring open banking services to customers. Rocker Gene Simmons bought $300,000 in Cardano ADA.
