Ethereum’s London upgrade has happened successfully. Due to EIP-1559, the network is now burning ETH on a regular basis. At Ethereum's current burn rate (3.4 ETH/minute), there will be: 1,800,000 ETH burned every year. With Ethereum being locked up for staking and burned the price of Eth could go to over $10,000.
Chainlink continues to get adoption and could go to $100 at the peak of the crypto bull run. Swisscom, Switzerland’s largest telecommunications provider, is to launch a Chainlink oracle node to provide data for decentralized finance (DeFi). Chainlink, the market-leading provider of data feeds to blockchain-based smart contracts, is expanding its services to include decentralized off-chain computation – a job done by a network of node operators known as “Chainlink Keepers.”
Uruguayan senator Juan Sartori has introduced a bill to make #Bitcoin and crypto legal tender.
Hut 8 Mining, one of North America’s largest Bitcoin mining operations, revealed Wednesday it produced 300 bitcoin, or an average of 9.7 BTC per day, this July and now holds over 4,000 BTC worth $150 MILLION.
