SEC Updates XRP Classification In Ripple Lawsuit&Motley Fool Buys Bitcoin - Gold Bull Loves BTC - a podcast by Thinking Crypto

The SEC filed an amendment to their complaint against Ripple classifying XRP as a digital asset security. Ripple General Counsel tweeted in response "As many of you have seen, the SEC filed an amended complaint today. The only legal claim remains: did certain distributions of XRP constitute an investment contract? Disappointing the SEC needed to try to “fix” their complaint after waiting years to bring it in the first place..."
The Motley Fool stated they are adding $5 million in Bitcoin to their balance sheet. Bitcoin may be a better asset, says long-time gold bull Jeffrey Gundlach. Online brokerage app Robinhood says it plans to enable withdrawals and deposits of cryptocurrencies including dogecoin.
