Welcome to the first mini episode of the year 2019! If you’re having any feelings of insecurity, today’s guide will help you find that sense of security, grounding, and nurturing you are needing. For this exercise, you may need to get outside to gather materials - but it will take only a short amount of time, probably only in your front yard/neighborhood park. But the exercise is awesome & fun, so you’ll get a lot out of it. (And please excuse my different than normal voice - just fighting off my cold!)
